Remote-first
We are remote-first with no geographic pay differentiation. We have small offices in San Francisco and London that are opt-in co-working spaces, not headquarters.
Learning & development
USD 3,000 annual learning budget for conferences, courses, certifications (OSCP, CISSP, CKA, etc.), and books. Conference talks and publications are encouraged and supported on company time.
Home office
USD 2,500 one-time home office setup stipend plus a USD 100/month internet and equipment top-up. We want your workspace to be as good as the problem we are solving.
Time off
Unlimited PTO with a minimum of 20 days encouraged annually, plus 10 company holidays and your local jurisdiction's statutory leave entitlements. We mean it about the minimum.
Parental leave
16 weeks fully paid parental leave for all parents, regardless of gender or how you became a parent, supplemented to 100% of base salary where local law provides partial pay.
Team offsites
Twice-yearly company offsites (one in the US, one in Europe) for in-person work and connection. Team-level meetups funded separately. We spend real money on this.
