What does the evaluation process look like?
Most evaluations run as a 30-day proof of concept. We connect ManySignal to a sample of your telemetry sources, tune baselines for your environment, and deliver a written assessment of detection coverage and false-positive rates. You own the output — including any rules we write during the POC.
What is the minimum contract size?
ManySignal is purpose-built for enterprise security operations. Minimum contracts start at the Team tier (5 users, up to 10,000 events/second). Contact sales for current pricing — we do not publish pricing because it depends on event volume, user count, and deployment region.
How long does implementation take?
First telemetry flowing through ManySignal typically within 48 hours. Initial detection library tuned for your environment within 14 days. Full production coverage validated within 30 days. Enterprise customers get a dedicated implementation engineer for the first 60 days.
Do you offer a self-serve trial?
Not currently. We offer assisted proof-of-concept evaluations because security platform evaluation requires real telemetry to be meaningful. A sandbox with synthetic data does not tell you whether our verdicts will work in your environment.
What compliance certifications do you hold?
SOC 2 Type II (current), ISO 27001:2022 (current). HIPAA-compliant configurations are available with a signed BAA. FedRAMP Moderate is on the roadmap for 2027. See the Security page for the full compliance overview.
Can we run a proof of concept without signing a contract?
Yes. The 30-day POC is a separate agreement from the commercial contract. It covers data processing terms, access to the evaluation environment, and the scope of telemetry sources connected. If you decide not to proceed after the POC, all customer data is deleted within 30 days and the POC agreement terminates without obligation.
What regions does ManySignal have sales coverage in?
ManySignal has direct sales coverage in North America, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Singapore. For other regions, ManySignal sells through authorised resellers and MSSP partners. Regional account executives can be requested by geography when submitting the contact form.
Do we need to go through procurement if we want to start a POC?
Most customers start a POC under a lightweight evaluation agreement that does not require full procurement review — it is not a commercial software license. If your procurement team requires vendor review before any agreement, ManySignal can supply the standard vendor security questionnaire responses, SOC 2 report, insurance certificate, and DPA ahead of the POC agreement to accelerate the process.
What is your standard data processing agreement, and can it be modified?
ManySignal's standard DPA is available on the legal page and covers GDPR Article 28 processor requirements, SCCs for EU data transfers, and CCPA service provider obligations. The DPA can be reviewed and negotiated for Enterprise customers. Minor modifications typically take 1–2 weeks to review. Requests for significant structural changes to the DPA go through ManySignal's legal team with a typical 3–4 week review cycle.
